Market Booth Payment - Sat, Nov 18
Please only make payment once Jill has confirmed availability for your product/business to ensure we have not already accepted someone selling the exact same product for this event.
The Legacy Market event will be held on Saturday, Nov 18th from 10 am to 5 pm in the large grassy field behind our store location (1631 N. Main St, Pearland, TX 77581). Vendors may not pack up and leave the event any earlier than 3 pm. Set up may begin as early as 8 am. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth and leaving it in the condition they found it in. Please take trash with you as we do not have a dumpster to dispose of it in.
Booth payments are non-refundable (unless we are forced to cancel due to rain, etc)
Vendor provides tent, tables, change (we cannot make change for anyone as we keep an extremely small amount of cash in our register), etc. Legacy will not be supplying anything other than the space. There is no electricity available. You must bring your own loading and unloading help. Our staff is not able to assist you. The store will be open during the entire event.
Legacy will create an event flyer and begin promoting once we have enough paid vendors to know what products we can include on the flyer.
Space - Approx 10 x 10 - If you would like a bigger space, you can increase your qty before checking out and we will give you 2 spaces side by side.
You will need to use the restroom at a nearby business such as Wendy's across the street in order to not disrupt the store's customers shopping on Saturday. We have only a single bathroom stall and it is going to be occupied most of the day with customers, employees and clothing try ons.
